Immediate Need is defined as the loss of a family member needing immediate burial services. The cemetery staff will assist in the process of clearly describing what services will be needed and costs applied to those services. 

  • Selecting a gravesite location
  • Endowment fee:  Endowment Care shall be in all cases limited absolutely to the income received from the investment of the Endowment Care Fund, with no part of the principal being expended. The income from the accumulated Endowment Fund shall be used for the general improvement and perpetual care of the cemetery grounds. The Endowment Care Fee is non-refundable.
  • “Endowment Care” shall in no case be construed as meaning the maintenance, repair or replacement of any headstone, monument or marker placed within the cemetery.
  • Opening / Closing Fee of burial site: This includes the full set-up of equipment for the proper placement of person interred.
  • Outer Burial Container known as Sealable Vault or Poly Liner “required”
  • Non-Resident Fee if applicable
  • Monument setting fee
