SUPERIOR COURT OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA FOR THE COUNTY OF GLENN

In the Matter of the Abandonment Petition of ORLAND CEMETERY DISTRICT, a Special District

Case No: 26CV00065

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on April 22, 2026, the Superior Court of the State of California for the County of Glenn, granted Orland Cemetery District’s Petition for Abandonment.  The lots enumerated in the District’s Petition for Abandonment shall be deemed abandoned and full title shall revert to the Orland Cemetery District.  This Court Order shall be declared final on April 22, 2027.

During this time, any person may petition the Court reopen proceeding and the Court may consider additional evidence regarding ownership and may modify or amend this Order or make any determinations mentioned by Section 9069 of the Health and Safety Code.
